Underclassman CS internship with LinkedIn. LinkedIn has introduced First Play, LinkedIn's underclassman engineering internship. It opens up November 24th and it's designed for underclassmen who have not yet had an internship. It's 12 weeks and here are the dates, May 26th to August 14th, 2026. What they're looking for is pretty basic. You just need to have foundational programming knowledge, AI curiosity, and then passion. In order to apply, you need to have a graduation date of December 2027 or later. Then you're going to have an online assessment, a recruiter phone screen, and then a behavioral and technical round. Here's the FAQ. It's a paid internship, located in Mountain View, California, and you'll be working in a team to build practical skills and collaborating with LinkedIn engineers.
