No tech skills or no experience needed. All right, first you're going to open up Google Maps. Then you're going to type in a simple home service business. For this example, I'm going to use HVAC, but you can do contractors, electricians, plumbers, chiropractors, you name it. Then you're going to scroll down the listings and look for one that doesn't have a website listed. Here's one right here, D&J HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Open it up, take a look. Confirm they have no website listed on their Google My Business profile and then write down their number to contact them. Then call them up real quick, tell them that you've already made them a professional, smart AI website that you'd love to show them. Send them a link to the website to check out and tell them if they're interested to set up a Zoom call with you. Then tell them that you can publish the website for $500. I usually charge anywhere from $2,500 to $5,000 depending on the type of website. You can also charge a monthly fee for hosting the website. Now how do you actually make the website? Let me show you. You're going to go over to the simple software, go ahead and click sites, add new website, and then from a template. Click continue. As you can see, there's a ton of professional templates that you can use depending on the client and what niche they are in. Since this client's in the HVAC industry, I went ahead and typed that in and I'm going to go ahead and preview this website. And as you can see, this website is super professional and clean and a business owner would absolutely love to have this as their site. Now go ahead and click choose template and let it load. Now once you have it loaded in, you're simply going to change out their logo, change out the name, some of their services. It's a drag and drop, super easy to do. Don't need to be tech savvy whatsoever. Take about 10 minutes to customize the branding and the logo for that business and when the owner takes a look at it, they can't help but sign up and say yes. Now in the same software, click payments, invoices, and create a simple invoice that you can charge the client for the website. Now you just rinse and repeat and do this day after day to start selling smart AI websites to local businesses.
