And all you're going to need is a phone, a computer, and a brain. No tech skills or experience needed. Step one, open up Google Maps. Step two, you're going to use the search bar up here and you're going to search for a home service business, think HVAC, plumbers, electricians, chiropractors, cleaners. You name it, you can search for it. You can type in near me after it or an actual city, and you're just going to scroll down until you find one without a website. Here's one right here, so we can write that one down and keep scrolling, and here's another one, Pro Cleaning Services. Pull it up. So as you can tell, there is no website on their Google My Business listing and here's their phone number, so write that phone number down so you can reach out to them. You're going to call them up real quick, ask for the owner and tell them that you noticed they don't have a website and that you already created them a professional website that's going to help them capture leads and get them more business. Now you're going to send them a preview link of the website that you created and you're going to ask them if they're interested, just set up a zoom call with you. Now tell them that you can set the website live and there's two ways to go about pricing this. You can charge a one time fee up front, which is going to be anywhere from $1,500 to $5,000 depending on the complexity of the website. This is great if you want some upfront cash, but what I like to do is create a business that has recurring income every single month so I'm not constantly having to go out and chase new clients. So what I do is I charge anywhere from $297 to $497 dollars per month for the website plus some back end systems that's all done in the same exact software. Now how do you actually make the website? Let me show you. You're going to go over to this simple software and click AI Studio and open it up. Next you're going to copy this entire prompt and paste it back into the AI Studio. You're going to go back to Google Maps and click this share button and grab their Google My Business profile link. You're going to paste their Google My Business profile link right there so it has all the information and go ahead and click go. Then let it cook. And when the website's being built, you're going to make yourself some more coffee. And just like that, within five minutes we have a professional website that we could sell this business owner. Now this website is 90% of the way there, but obviously you want to check all the links and check the copy to make sure it's good to go. Now at the top you're going to go ahead and click publish and then you're going to grab this link to send to them. Now if they're interested and ready to buy the website, just click payments in this same software, click new and you can basically create them an invoice for them to pay for the website. And now you just rinse and repeat. You start doing the same exact process every single day to start selling smart AI websites to local businesses.
