how I cut my loc bangs This is exactly how I cut my loc bangs. I divided my hair into two sections using the first four rows of my locs right above the waterline and did a slight diagonal cut across. Then did the same thing on either side. I tried a little longer and then started to cut little pieces off. I also cut some face framing layers down here a little bit like under my chin.
