Maybe it's the Miami effect but everyone's a faker to me until proven otherwise. I interviewed a guy today that told me, oh, I have an interest in working for your company. I want to work in the sales team and I said, okay. So what are you doing for work right now? Because I have my team screen these candidates out and then I meet with them and I try to know them and just hire them based on feel, personality, charisma, tonality, the questions they ask, stuff like that. So I don't want to know anything about them. I just want my team to screen them, place them in front of me, have any judgments. This guy tells me he has three landscaping companies. They're all automated. They're all printed tons of cash and here he is sitting at a job that the top top level he can like maybe one twenty-five one fifty a year. So I said hey instead of in and making you know best case scenario 150k a year, why don't you just stay at your company, your company like not company you work that you own and work on the marketing and scale it up and you'll make way more. And he's like no it's automated and everything that and you know we're doing really well. The nerve to do this but I just fucking hate cuz I work my fucking ass off. I don't flash any of the have and these guys have nothing in do and it just pisses me off because they try to fast track that you I literally just looked and said open up your bank account. Got all flustered of course. And he said why would I open up my bank account? And I said I want you to prove to me that you're not full of shit and then maybe I'll have some you and think about you onto my company. So we started saying oh really feel that's appropriate, blah blah blah. Then I wanted to really he was a piece of shit and I said, how about this? You open up your bank account and show me the 300 thousand dollars that you told me is in it and I'll deliver you an Apple Pay for 2000 dollars right now. Literally typed out his number in my phone, put the 2000 Apple Pay in there and said you show me and I sent. You'd be making Kim Kardashian money 2000 dollars in pretty good rate per hour. You know what he did instead of showing me the bank account improving that he has what he has called me a piece of shit and walked out. I'm putting up Michael Jordan numbers on spotting these fakers it's fucking great.
