High touch. Constant output just to keep the money coming in. And deep down I knew… This wasn’t sustainable. Fast forward to now… 💸 Consistent £30k–£50k months. 🌴 Working from Thailand. ✨️ Spending time with my kids. ❤️ Building a business that actually fits my life. But the biggest shift wasn’t the money. Why just £10,000 a month isn't enough and what you need instead Over the last 3 weeks, I've been travelling around Thailand with my family whilst delivering for my clients. So my business comes with me wherever I go. I have a location, freedom business. And something about being away has made me realise, like, why I changed my business model in the first place. Because when I started this business, I was like, low ticket all the way. Just build, build, build. Low ticket, low ticket. I was the low ticket champion because that is what worked for me at the time. But what I quickly realised is I was getting stuck in the hamster wheel of volume, of having to get volume to get to those 5, 10 K months. And I got there. I got to 10 K months. But trying to keep them 10 K months consistently, oh, it burnt me out. It broke my back. It was blood, sweat and tears. I never worked so hard in my life trying to keep those low ticket 10 K months. Honestly, I just decided not to do it anymore. It wasn't a great thing. I remember having a day out with my family and thinking, I've got to get home. I need to do a TikTok Live or we're not gonna make any money today. That was like one of the things. I was like, wait a minute. That is not why I set out to do this. I set out to do this for freedom, for financial freedom, for location, freedom. And I had none of that. I might have been making money, but if I didn't turn up on TikTok Live or post three to five times a day and I didn't make that money. And then I decided to switch my business model. I switched my business model to serve fewer clients with deeper work, just by having conversations. And when I did that, my income just catapulted. My first highest income month was 36 K last year. And that was when I realised I'm gonna minute. Okay. That was less effort to get to 36 month then it was to get to my 10 k month selling low ticket. So I thought, hmm, there's something with this. And then the second time I did it, 55 k. 55 K between my cohort and one on one clients. And by the way, I only take two one on one clients on every single year now. Like, I can choose to do that. And it's funny how things switch because whilst we've been away, I've still been working. I've been working just as much as I was when I was at home. Just as much. I've been delivering just as much of my clients as I was when I was at home. Which just proves that it doesn't matter where you go because I've built a lifestyle business. I switched my business model to a freedom based business. I can do this. I can go wherever I want, and I can walk along the beach in the morning and make my content. I can be in the jungle, make my content. I can be in the pool, wherever, because this is my job. You can make the same amount of money, but in two very different ways. One requires constant attention, and the other requires leverage. Leverage. When you leverage the right things in your business, you get to come to places like this. It literally looks like I've AI'd myself on here, but I promise I haven't. You get to come to places like this and run your business. Isn't this the dream that we all set out to achieve? A lifestyle business that can go with us wherever we want? It's crazy. It's crazy. It blows my mind that I even have this. But I have worked my ass off to get here. Everything I've done, everything. Every time I've pivoted and iterated my business, it has been a deliberate decision to get to this.
