This is how much it cost me to come to Coachella

This is how much it cost me to come to Coachella as somebody who was not sponsored by a brand and had to pay everything out of pocket. So the first cost was the ticket itself. I got the VIP section which was 1299 for three days, which is Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I know most people get the general admission which is 799, which is only like a 500 dollar difference, but in my opinion it was 100% worth it. You do get closer viewing to some of the stages and honestly when the big performers do come out, it gets super packed. So next thing I spent money on was the hotel which was the most expensive part. It was 2300 for three nights, so Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. And I know it sounds like a lot of money, but for me personally, I was not going to go camping. I know it's a lot cheaper to go camping, but I've just heard so many horror stories of people, you know, sharing bathrooms, the wind that night and it's just it's just not for me personally. I also spent money on flights and that cost me 300 dollars round trip from Oregon to California. And finally, you got to think of all the extra expenses that are probably going to be happening during the trip, which is food, drinks, merch, like all the extra stuff that you're going to be paying for. And realistically, that's going to cost me around 500 dollars. So in total, this trip is costing me around 4000 dollars. Obviously, that's for me personally, but if you do want to go, you could probably, you know, get a cheaper hotel or, you know, go camping, or maybe just get general admission instead of VIP. There's so many things that you could cut off to kind of make it cheaper, but for me personally, to have like a good experience, it's around 4000 dollars.
