It's to build your own x. This one is my personal favorite. It includes a ton of guides to rebuild the tools you use day-to-day from scratch. Whether it be Git, compilers, neural networks, there's everything. Most developers don't go that deep and recruiters know that. That's why it's a really good point on your resume.
