What's going on? I just passed my national real estate exam on my first try. So I figured I'd hop on here and just give some tips to anybody who's looking to take your test. So first of all, ignore everything you've heard. Um, the first thing you need to do is buy your, um, your online course for whatever state you're in. For me, it was Tennessee. I used Aceable Agent and zoom through it as quick as possible. I see a lot of people on here that take notes throughout the whole thing and they thoroughly read it all, and there's just no way to retain that much information at once. For me, I finished, uh, from starting the online course to finishing both of my tests within five weeks. So if you're trying to do it quickly, just follow my tips. So as soon as you zoom through your online course, then you need to start studying for the exam. And how I'd recommend doing that is just doing as many practice exams as you can and then try and figure out all the information from those as well as YouTube videos. Uh, there's a woman called, just call Maggie on here. She helps to clarify things. She helps with, uh, the math portion quite a bit. And I also did use Prep Agent for my practice exams and those were pretty good, um, compared to the actual national test questions. And when you take your national and state exam, they're not just gonna give you like definition answer. It's very critical thinking kind of question. So it's pretty important that you understand the concepts, like laws, whatever it is, try your best to understand it cause it'll help you way more on the actual exam cause they're gonna give you scenarios and just knowing every little detail of that stuff helps out a lot. And that's about all I got. So if you guys have any more questions, just comment them down below and I'll try and respond to them. Um, I invite you guys to my page. I'll be posting a little more real estate stuff and, um, you can kinda see my journey that I'm about to go on. Uh, super excited, super blessed. So I'll see you guys.
