Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
so I passed my real estate exam on the first try and I'm gonna tell you some of the major tips you need to know. I wanna mention I'm in Georgia and I use the CE Workshop which I feel is the closest to the test. I did the self pace option. So if you're someone doing self pace, I would highly recommend that you go on YouTube and look up study with me for the amount of hours that you would like to study. That was a game changer. Tip number two is do not write a bunch of notes. That was my biggest mistake. I wasted a lot of time writing everything down. I wrote a whole book. You don't really need all of that information. And number three is Prep Agent. You could go on their YouTube for free, but they also have an option where you can go on their website and they have like exams and just really in depth information if you feel like you need it. There are two major things that contributed to me passing. Number one is listening to Prep Agent every single day in the car, while I'm doing laundry, while I'm washing dishes, just listen to that. No more music. Prep Agent, okay? And number two is the practice exams. So at the end when you finish all the course information, you'll get access to practice exams. Take those over and over and over again. When you get an answer wrong, write it down and study it and then take them again and again and again and again and then eventually you'll get it. Even when you start getting 80s and then at the end I was getting a 96 and stuff. Still keep taking them every day up until your exam.
