I was always okay with using my fingernail but NeilMed came out with these two picks and they do different things. This one is the gentlest one. It is a water extractor. If you do a lot of swimming or get a lot of water in your ears, this is the one you need. This one is an extractor and if you get a lot of wax build up, this is the one you need. This one is my favorite. It is also an extractor but it is amazing with itching. Oh my god. This last one is an explicator. So if you get something lost up in your ear, this one will get it out. Four different designs for four different problems with three of each. They've been on sale plus free shipping. Trust me, you're gonna need these.
