Black people are over mentored and under advised. We love a mentor. We love it. Okay. A mentor and an advisor are very different. A mentor is somebody who's emotionally invested in you. They're gonna be with you along the journey. It's important to have them, but that's your, you know, the teacher that you call that is on is gonna be rooting for you. It's the professor who says, I believe in you. It's the pastor who is gonna be with you through the ups and downs of life. Those are mentors, they're important, but they're emotional support for the most part. An advisor is someone who has deep expertise and is helping you solve a problem. And once you solve that problem, they're gone. So they're willing to give you the hard advice that you need and they're they're pulling from their 10, 20, 30 years plus of having done it before. A mentor maybe hasn't done what you're trying to do. They're just helping being really a mirror or reflection of what you're saying that you want.
