I don't spend money unless I have to part 14

I don't spend money unless I have to, and that's how I maintain a steady bank account. In order to save money, I literally simplify my life. Right now, I'm literally just basking in the sun. I have like nothing going on around me. I'm just sitting in the sun. I'm trying to embrace boredom. I find myself looking for something to do, looking for something to clean, instead of simply living in the moment. Earlier this week, I like checked my bank account and I was like, oh cool, I could do this, this, and that. And then I caught myself. I was like, Rachel, you actually don't have to do anything and you can leave your bank account alone. I want myself to get bored. I don't want my money to get bored. My money has one job and that's to rack up. While my money racks up, I need to slow down. That's what I'm telling myself. And that is how I'm saving money. So next time you're bored and you check your bank account, just think, if I left it alone for like three months, where would I be? And what goals could I accomplish? Don't let your money get bored, just remind yourself that your money is doing a job. And the job is getting done if you leave it alone.
