I got to go behind the scenes to the back kitchen and watch the banh mi sandwiches being made right in front of me what was even cooler was witnessing the bread being prepped to go in the oven I wish Instagram had a scent feature so you could experience how amazing it smelled at the bread station after my trip behind the counter I was ready to eat so let me show you my favorite things on the menu starting off with drinks we've got a strawberry matcha a mango fruit tea and of course some Vietnamese coffee one of my favorite bites of the meal was actually this pork bun the dough was so fluffy and the pork was so juicy next we have some spring rolls this was the shrimp one and of course we've got the banh mis we've got chicken pork and crispy pork all the bread is made in house and you can taste the fresh quality in every bite so if you're a banh mi boss or baddie you've got to try Banh Mi and Rolls Factory in SF!
