This is also a secret menu item. So you only know if you know. This has chicken breast that has been seasoned in a sesame soy glaze, lightly pickled carrots, red onions and cilantro, all stuffed in their perfect, crispy, buttery croissant. I'm going to take a bite. Oh my god. This is really giving Banh Mi. I know that this is not a traditional Banh Mi. I think we are all aware, okay? It's in a croissant. But my god. This is really good. It is fresh from the lightly pickled carrots and onions and cilantro, but then super buttery and hearty because of the chicken and the croissant.
