I'm like, it has to be thick. Like, we're not going to go 36 inches and have no thin hair. So yeah, give me six bundles. And you guys know I make all of my wigs from scratch, so let me show you guys how I made this one. I knew I didn't want to do lace for this look, so I was like, okay, how am I going to do it? I decided to actually try out Ivy's flip-over method, but to make it in a wig so I can be able to take it on and off whenever I want it to. So of course, you know, branding first. You got to put that logo up in that wig cap, girl. And then I just started sewing in the hair. And when I ordered the hair, I was like, okay, six bundles will be perfect. I'm not going to lie, when I put it on, I was like, this might be too much. Like, this is only three bundles on my head so far, and I was like, did I do too much? Like, I have a whole another three bundles to go. But I was like, you know what? I don't care. We want to be extra. I don't care if this wig looks like it's taking over my whole body. I want all six bundles in this wig. So really, I'm on the machine just, you know, going back and forth until I close this space. And it was the perfect way to do this because the hair is 36 inches. I wanted it to be able to flip from the left to the right without falling down into my face just because of the length of it. And the way I made the wig, honestly, chef's kiss. Shout out to you, Ivy. This is perfect. And I don't know if y'all knew, but my hair company actually has hair up to 38 inches. I just don't keep the super long hair on hand because it's not as popular. But if you're looking at this and you're like, wow, that's tea, I want some 38, 36, whatever, 37 inch hair, still order it because my pre-orders ship out within like 10 days. So you'll definitely still get it, you know, in a reasonable amount of time. But yeah, this is what the wig looks like after I washed it. I put my Taliah Waajid leave-in conditioner in it and I let it air dry overnight, and it's so pretty. The curls are so defined, so tea. And I love using the honey dew leave-in conditioner because it makes the curls soft, not crunchy. And yes, I put a bunch of wig combs into the wig because I knew I wanted to be able to put this on one day and then switch to like a frontal wig the next day if I so wanted to. I didn't want to like do a flip-over sewing, and this honestly was so perfect. I felt like a mermaid. Like, honestly, this summer, every yacht, every vacation, every island you see me at, you going to see me in this wig because it's honestly perfect. A little thick honey edge hold for the edges, you know, the little swoopy swoop. And it's funny because I don't really wear baby hair that much on wigs, but on my real hair, I need like all of them. In the middle, on the sides, sideburns, everything. And especially with curly hair, I don't know, like there's something about the hair being curly that like my edges also need to be curling.
