That's why it's so important to make sure that you're cleansing your scalp and moisturizing your hair properly before you put that wig on and keep those braids in for them a couple of weeks. I'm going in with the Growth Booster Shampoo and Conditioner from Tru Connoisseur. The ingredients are meant to stimulate your scalp, cleanse your hair without stripping it, and add enough moisture in there to hold you over into you take those braids out. I'm putting on the Growth Elixir Drops on her edges because you know this where my hair is the most fragile. And I'm putting the Growth Oil on the rest of her scalp just to make sure she stays hydrated. And I'm using my favorite lace tint ever. The only lace tint I'll ever use. I've been using this tint for a couple years now. You can't get this to dissolve off me. This is TruMatch's Lace Tint in the shade Bronze to get the lace matching good behind the hairline. This is my favorite wig install to do. I think it's y'all's favorite too, because honestly, if you look in my appointment calendar, this is like majority of what I get booked for. And I don't blame y'all. Look how natural this looks. I use needle and thread for the entire install. I sewed around the wig and in the lace for extra security. And these ones look way better than the ones we used to do back in the day because we have HD lace now. The way the hair be behind the hairline, it's almost like magic. I love me a good wig install either way, like behind the hairline or on the forehead, but something about the behind the hairline, like it just does something for me. And especially my girls who don't like wearing lace or they don't like the look of the lace from their forehead, you need to come to my chair and come try this out. If you didn't like lace before, I promise I'll turn you into a believer. And this color on her, definitely did something to me. And the curls and the curls definitely drove it home. And we were going for a more natural, like messy baby hair, like naturally occurring looking hairline. And I didn't part the hair or anything, I just kind of tossed it to the back. And 10 out of 10.
