I'm 18, I'm not going to college. And this is what I do in a day instead of college. Week 19. Self-taught vs. Stanford. I try to wake up at five every day so that I can get four hours of focus work done before the day. Start with meetings. It's nice to have that, that work block in the beginning of the day to really focus and get all your highest priority tasks done before slack messages start coming in. You've got all kinds of clients to respond to, got to meet with your team. Today I went to a coffee shop to meet with a cousin of mine who's also a founder. He graduated from Madison recently, and he's building a SaaS with the co-founder of his who has connections to the yacht industry. So they're building tech for that. Had a fascinating conversation with him today. It was great to talk about just, you know, founder startup life and how his how his thing is going. We had some good talks over tea. Sounds like his startup is doing well, as are just some updates for you guys. We are now five months in officially, so it's been since December, approximately of of building the startup, and we had a little bit of a pivot around mid-January, early February. So it's been more like three months of kind of going strong. Here we are now at nine. All three sales pitches that I've been able to do in person have closed successfully. So, you know, I'm trying to get as many in-person sales pitches as I can here. Rest of the day. Today I have a monthly strategy review meeting for one of my clients that I have to prep for tomorrow. I'm going to put together kind of a full slide deck for show metrics where we're how the needle has moved recently for them, what their lead volumes looking like, all of the deliverables that we've delivered for them across the past month.
