Wanna be famous, don't you? Welcome to the fame game. Today there is a trend going around called the big five on TikTok. Five creators with over a million followers each, and the internet just realized nobody actually knew who they were. That's not a roast, that's the whole creator economy lesson in one moment. These creators got the number, a million followers, the trophy, the thing that everybody chasing. And the internet just humbled them in real time by saying, we don't know you, which sounds harsh, but it's actually the most useful feedback any creator can get. Because here's the real question. Every person watching this needs to ask themselves this. Whether you have 1 million followers who don't know who your name is, they don't engage, don't buy anything, don't show up, or you wanna have 500 people who actually rock with you. 500 people who watch every video, comment, buy the book, show up to events, tell a friend. That's not a small audience, that's a business, that's the brand, that's actual influence. The number on your profile is just a vanity metric. The number of people who ride for you when you ask, that's the real metric. And a lot of these big accounts, they built the numbers without building relationships. So when the internet asks, who are they? The silence is the answer. That's the fame game. Followers don't equal influence. Engagement does. Trust does, relationship does. Building the small loyalty one before you start chasing the big anonymous one. Real question, would you rather have a million people who didn't know your name or 500 people who do? Drop it below.
