I learned this too late. I think the thing I did wrong was I expected everybody to bleed for the business like I was bleeding for the business. Like even the people that work for me, you know? Like people used to say, oh, you know, this is a work life balance and I'm like, work life balance? Are you kidding me? Like we are all and I would never ask somebody to do something that I wasn't willing to do. So if we had a meeting at 6, I'd be there at 4. If we weren't making our numbers and the early morning meetings then they got to 7:30, then they got to 7. But I would be always there for. As you get bigger, and I think we had 1100 employees. How many do you have now? 11,000. Almost just shy of 11,000. Did you find to a point where everybody not everybody bleed for the business? And for some people, it's just a job. And that's okay.
