3 businesses I would never invest in. Number one, restaurants. Horrible failure rate. And I worked in a restaurant, it's all encompassing. Number two, retail clothing business that requires a lot of inventory. I know some people are very successful, scares the crap out of me. You buy inventory today, you sell it 6-9 months later. Third business, I would never invest in. I wanna say large scale manufacturing because the capital cost is so high. But again, that's just my background.
