1️⃣ Every time I judge someone, I pay attention to it. Not because I’m trying to shame myself. Because judgment is information. Sometimes it’s showing me something I want. Sometimes it’s showing me where I don’t believe I’m allowed to have it. Sometimes it’s revealing an insecurity I haven’t looked at yet. The judgment is data. Use it. 2️⃣ When something activates me, I get curious about it instead of running from it. The discomfort isn’t the problem. It’s often pointing to something deeper. A belief. A fear. An expectation. A story I’ve been carrying for years. The reaction itself isn’t what I’m interested in. I’m interested in what created it. 3️⃣ I pay attention to my default thoughts. “It’s not working.” “This is taking too long.” “Maybe I’m just not built for this.” Then I ask myself: Am I responding to reality right now? Or am I looking for evidence that supports a story I’ve been telling myself for years? Because the thought isn’t necessarily the truth. The pattern underneath it is what I’m interested in. That’s what we’re reprogramming. 4️⃣ I pay attention to my default excuses. “I’m tired.” “I don’t feel like it.” “I’ll do it tomorrow.” And instead of automatically believing them, I get curious. Because tired is sometimes real. And sometimes it’s a protective pattern trying to keep me in what’s familiar. The goal isn’t to ignore myself. The goal is to understand what’s actually driving the behavior. 5️⃣ I listen to a hypnosis audio every single day. 15 minutes. That’s it. Because most of our patterns weren’t created overnight. They were reinforced over years. One session can create awareness. Consistency is what creates lasting change. 6️⃣ I know that what I repeatedly focus on influences what I notice. So I actively look for evidence that things are shifting. Even when progress feels slow. Even when results haven’t fully arrived yet. I look for proof that I’m moving forward instead of feeding the story that nothing is working. Because what you repeatedly notice becomes easier to reinforce. Your subconscious patterns are influencing how you interpret your world every single day. Whether you’re paying attention to them or not. You might as well start paying attention. Commit to 30 days of reprogramming and watch what starts to shift. Comment PORTAL and I’ll send you an audio to
