Here's three reasons why new Amazon sellers fail. First reason is sourcing. Now in the beginning, you may be gated for certain categories. Invoices from distributors get you ungated. This is simple to get if you know what you're doing. But if you're sourcing from online retailers, Amazon don't always accept these. Having someone else already within the ask questions to or being part of a community is a great way to learn from what others have done. The second reason is simply not putting in the time in. Amazon FBA isn't a get rich quick scheme. You do have to put the effort into beginning, learning your Amazon business and scaling your Amazon business. A lot of beginners hit one hurdle up, the attitude to give up. This is not the attitude to have when starting an Amazon business. So if you can get past this, this is where your Amazon business will start to grow. And finally, they try to do everything on their own. What I mean by this is sellers try the sourcing, the setup, the sourcing, the prep, the packaging and dealing with seller support all in one. Now as a new seller, this is very overwhelming, unsustainable, often leading to sellers slowing down or even giving up. Now the whole Amazon FBA business is to try and make money and get your time back. Don't do absolutely everything yourself. Now if you need help with anything in your Amazon business, then reach out to one of The FBA Alliance and we'll be try and help and be in contact to try and help you scale your Amazon business.
