99% of people quit Amazon FBA their first month starting, but if you want to start in Amazon business and scale it the proper way, watch this video right here. For some context, my name is David. I started my Amazon FBA business in my living room and I scaled it to a warehouse where we ship and sell thousands of units every single month. Before I lay out the proper steps in order to scale Amazon properly, let's set some expectations. The idea of starting Amazon in 2026, it's not about trying to make all the money in the world in month one, even in month two, a lot of people come into selling on Amazon because they listen to Groes on the internet telling them that they can 5 $10,000 profit in their first month, their second month and that's just not the reality. A lot of people come into it as well thinking that they're just going to take money that they need to start this business, end up making huge mistakes that will cost them all of that money. The ideal situation to be in is to have a couple thousand dollars and some free time in order to properly put the right amount of effort into making this business model work. In month one, we're going to focus on finding things that we can sell. The reason that I say this is because most sellers when they first start selling on Amazon, 95% of the brands that you come across, you will not be able be able to sell them because Amazon doesn't trust you yet. Instead of you being picky trying to source the impossible, basically trying to make all the money in the world, you are going to find auto-engined products that you can sell. And the main tool that we're going to use to do this is called Keep a product finder. If you don't know what Keep a product finder is, it is a tool that carries every single product sold on Amazon and their database. And the reason why this is so powerful is because we can set specific filters and we can filter down to see specific things that we can sell. Use some of these filters right here in order to find auto-engined products to sell. The main thing to look for when trying to fine auto-engined things to sell on your store front is going through new store front, and those filters will help you do that. When you go through new store front, they're going to have a lot of different things that you can sell. You're going to grab all those assons, Google them and try to find them for profit. And again, it doesn't have to make you all the money in the world. All we're trying to do in this phase is drive sales through the account so that Amazon can begin to trust you. By month two, your account will be ameliorated and you'll be able to sell bigger brands and then from there, you can start running better KPF filters to find even more profitable things to sell. So, month one is not going to be that profitable. Month two is going to be a little bit more profitable. By month three, you're really going to start to see the snowball effect in all the hard work that you've been putting in. The most important thing when trying to scale in Amazon business properly is the amount of time that you're putting towards your sourcing. If you are not sourcing two to four hours every single day to find profitable inventory, you will never make money consistently on Amazon. So, you're going to buy the inventory. Inventory is going to come to your house. You're going to prep all the units. Every single unit is going to receive a barcode and then from there you're going to tell Amazon exactly what you're shipping in. You ship the inventory off to Amazon. Amazon then receives the inventory, you sell the inventory, you take the cash flow from all the sales and then you reinvest it back into more profitable inventory. Run this cycle for the next 6-12 months and your life will completely change.
