Here are the five tools that help me run my Etsy business and consistently earn best seller badges. Number one, Pinterest. Before I design anything, I need to know what's trending. Pinterest tells me what design styles and niches are gaining traction before they ever hit. Number two is Playground. This has actually changed how fast I can move. I used to spend hours creating design variations and tweaking mockups one by one by one. Now, I can do the same work in a fraction of the time, which means more time for all of the other parts of my Etsy business. They are always updating their template library, so I can chose some that match all those trends and designs that I was seeing in step number one, like this one or this one. And then just prompt it for a few tweaks and that's going to give me something that actually works for my niche. Here's a code for y'all to try it out yourself. Number three, E rank. Trending designs mean nothing if no one can find them. E rank is how I make sure I'm using the right keyword so my customers can actually find my listings. Number four, Asana. This is my business brain. It helps me figure out what I need to tackle next and my business workflow. Number five is Quickbooks because this is a business after all. It's not glamorous, but it's non-negotiable. I need to know what is coming in and what is going out at all times.
