Hook

Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
Everyone's been asking kaitlynn, how do you manage so many clients?! how do you manage so many clients?! How do you manage to get so much done in one day? So this is my entire weekly workflow as a social media manager who has multiple clients in multiple industries. So Monday is my day to check last week's analytics. Looking at reach, saves, top performing posts for each of my clients. So I write down what worked and I adjust this week's plan based on that data and based on that data. Tuesday is for content planning. So for each client I fill out the week's content calendar (educational / inspiration / entertaining / connection) I brainstorm some hooks and captions, pull any assets I might need, and by the end of Tuesday I try to have every client with a full content plan for the week. Wednesday are my design days, so I'm building out the carousel, static post, Stories in Canva using branding + assets. I usually batch my type, so I do all the carousels first and then the stories. Thursdays are my video editing days, so I edit all my reels using either existing client footage or any B roll or clips I had the client film. This is also usually when I script the next round of content I need. I usually have my Fridays broken down into three different parts. So Friday morning is when I go in and I upload all my content, and then I also schedule my story separately cause I typically do those manually. And then Friday afternoon is when I do all my reporting. So I'm sending any updates? Kind of put together my own reports, and then if I'm building out any monthly reports I do that then as well. Then I do a little end of the week wrap up. So try to reset my digital spaces, because those get a little chaotic. And I try to let my clients know if I need any content in advance. But that's the schedule I've been trying to stick to these last few months as I've been growing, and it's worked really well when I actually can stick to it. Drop your questions in the comments, and I'll see you tomorrow. Love ya.
