I know my videos on here can be sometimes absurd. But underneath the layers of absurdity often times is a nugget of truth. Truth that I cannot speak to you directly because you are sensitive and weak. In your 20s, in your 20s and your early 30s, you go to a lot of weddings. Couples are happy. They're crying tears of joy. And then as you enter your late 30s and 40s, what do you see? Divorce. Divorce, babes. Divorce. And the tears of joy turn into tears of sorrow and despair. Divorce is always going to be, there's no way around it. But what makes a divorce particularly hard is if your lives have become so intertwined that you've lost yourself in the relationship. Because not only then do you lose the relationship with divorce, you've lost yourself. So in every relationship, it's important to carve out something for yourself that's for you and only you. And for a lot of people, that's their career. So divorce can make people quite productive at work. Professors tend to publish a lot after a divorce. Early on in our relationship, we kind of agreed that I would give up on my career to support his. Because in order for me to do what I really would unfortunately have to move down to the states. And he can't move because he's a doctor and his license is... He was like, I promise you, Christopher, I will make a lot. I will make more money than you ever will in your life. And I was like, okay, well, I guess that means I don't have to work. And so that's why I have to make these stupid videos every day. Cuz I have nothing else to do. I have a PhD in psychology. And so I knew beginning that I couldn't literally just do nothing. I'd still have to make something for myself. And so over years, I made sure with each and every one of my friends that they pledged their allegiance with me. So if he were to ever leave me, he'd have no friends. The apartment that we live in is under my name. And only my name because my parents bought it, not for us. And so if he leaves me, he'd be homeless. I also kind of have a little bit of a following on media and I've been told that I'm pretty good at stories. And I have a lot of stories to tell. And so people ask me all the time, like, doesn't your partner that you say all these things about him? Okay. What's he going to do about it? Leave? Leave?
