You don't need that $5000 camera if you have an iPhone. Let's do this. Open settings on your iPhone. Tap on Camera. Tap on Photographic Styles. You have different options to choose from but I like Bright. Next click on Record Video. Here I like to shoot at 4K at 60 frames per second. I also like to lock my white balance. Next on Slo-mo. I'll select 4K at 120 FPS. Next record cinematic at 4K at 30 FPS. On sound, I'll select spatial audio in a 3D audio format and will make intelligent decisions on how to mix the audio. I'll also turn on audio playback and wind noise reduction. This will help if you're shooting outside. Next tap on Formats. Under camera capture, select High Efficiency. Under photo capture, tap on and select 24 MP. If you have the newest phone, you can turn on ProRAW & Resolution Control. Next RAW and Format and I'll select JPEG-XL Lossy. This will offer improved compression over JPEG, resulting in a smaller file size. Next go back and go all the way down until you can keep ProRes on. If you can, keep in mind it will take a lot of space. Next on Composition, turn on all these features. And when done, go all the way down and turn on Lens Correction and also Lens Cleaning Hints. Lock Screen Swipe to Open Camera. Turn that off. Next time when your phone is locked, if you swipe camera.
