This is everything we pack for a 100 person event. Let's go. Let's talk bar tools. We keep doubles of everything just in case something goes missing or something breaks. Covered. These stainless steel ice buckets from Walmart are perfect for keeping things cold or just storing extra ice. We love adding different types of artificial floral to our setup. It really helps bring the bar to life. And I know it's probably cheaper to make our own dehydrated fruit, but we love this brand. Instead of your standard black bar mat, we went with a light grey. It's a small detail that makes a big difference in the way the bar looks. These cups from Amazon are awesome. The shape on them is different from your typical and guests love them.
