I'll be honest, Ekiti wasn't on my travel bucket list. But after spending just one day here, I think we all have been sleeping. So this morning we started a flight to Ekiti. Yes, I was with a group of amazing creators. Genuinely, what to expect? The first thing I noticed as soon as I got to the airport was calm. Everything felt calm, clean. We were welcomed by these primary school students. I think they came to tour the airport. I said in my last video that the sun is clean and you laughing at me in meant the sky is clean, not the sun. After the airport, we had to get food. Our first stop was this local place. I can't really remember the name of the place, the main food they have here is pounded. Yes, pounded yam and egusi. I am not a big fan of pounded yam. But look at how many pounds of amala. Layi Wasabi is eating. Some people had pounded yam. I went with the safer option which is amala and gbegiwi. And guys, the food was really, really, really, really good. Afterwards, we went back to the hotel and straight sight-seeing, of course. We went to the pavilion, um, stadium where we met these young soldiers that are training. And we also went to this new commissioned, um, bridge that in Ekiti State. From the stadium to this to even another stadium. I was just asking myself, "Wait, is this actually Ekiti?" 'Cause I'm and please don't the comments. I didn't know. I think sometimes we are just used to hearing about Lagos, Abuja, that there are other places worth experiencing in Nigeria too. Our next stop was the Oluveyemi Kayode Stadium. And guys, we had to run. So, so much fun. this is only day one, I'm honestly excited to see what the rest of this trip has in store for us. So let me know, if you are Nigeria, would you be visiting Ekiti State?
