Tell them you want to make $10 million in 3 years and ask why not in 1 year. They start calculating how many you need to sell per day and how many clients you need to get to that goal. If your goals don't scare you, They're not big enough. They follow it up with action. They haven't forgot about the how and the when but they decided it's happening regardless. The thing is you only need one person like that. Just one crazy friend because if you don't believe you can, there is no way you would. Even by mistake.
