Now there's a question you're gonna get current yield. So everyone always gets this question about current yield. One of my students Greg, he rem- this is how he remembered it. He said, "Current is electricity," and what is electricity? AMP. So it's gonna be annual income divided by market price. That's all it is. You guys should have, you should have this down, but just remember, annual over market price. Okay? Annual over market price.
