By son, he sat me down and he told me that one time, he's 10 years old, he said, Dad, I gotta have a serious conversation with you. What's that? I don't wanna play baseball anymore. What do you mean? You don't wanna play baseball anymore? Now I'm furious at this time because we own the Yankees, minority owners. He's playing for the Yankees. He's gonna be a Yankee one day. He looks like a Yankee. I just don't wanna play. Why do you not wanna play? And he says, Dad, I think it's your dream, not my dream. Your son said that? At 10 years old? He said this to me at 10 years old. He said, I think your dream was to be a Yankee, not my dream. My dream was to wanna play soccer. So that was a moment that I had to remind them, even you had that tough conversation with the most intimidating man in your life, don't ever be afraid to manage expectations with anybody else in your life.
