What's immediately red flag in the interview that you know this kid is not going to be able to last in private equity. I mean, do you want me to be blunt? As blunt as possible. If they're an entitled person and they think that everything's gonna be given to them because they went to a good school and they're just they look good or they sound good, they're not gonna be a fit for us. I love athletes. I love military. I love people that have had to grind through to accomplish what they accomplish. That's what we look for as opposed to just and just say, oh, I work in Wall Street.
