PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION! Edit: I just talked to my friend who is a real estate agent. She said he could've gained entry to the house via an app that approves lockbox access, but we were only aware of two showings with potential buyers. This guy is likely using his license to make content out of houses he deems run down instead of making content about houses he is selling. My family is still paying to have the lawn mowed there because my grandpa owns it still; the "realtor" included blatantly wrong information about the house in the videos. Original post: My family's realtor doesn't know him, and there hasn't been an open house. The content is completely speculative and is "ragebaity" (hence the complaint about the bathroom setup? The house is 140+ years old). My grandpa spent several hundred hours renovating the house to make it liveable at the time of purchase; it was in bad shape and he is very frugal. We didn't know this had happened-- he had JUST fully moved out of the house at the time his first video was filmed (there are two!). My family isn't covering up any of the issues the house has, nor did they set the price range for the home. I left an extremely profane comment earlier but deleted it because I'm a wimp. Is there a loophole that allows this because he's also a realtor? This is just rude at the very least.
