HR get in here and explain this ?!? The job market is crazyyyy Can somebody that works in HR tell me the rationale between y'all trying to have candidates come in for two, three, four interviews? I won't get mad, I promise. I just need to know. Do y'all realize we have to call off work to come interview? We can not just tell our job like, hey, I'm looking for a new job. I need tomorrow off so I can go do my third interview with this job. You've already seen my resume. I've already filled out an application. You've already met me. I've already checked my references. Why do I need to come back? What is a working interview? Why would I want to come work here for an hour for no money? Or even shadow for an hour for no money? Make a decision, please. We don't have all day. People have food to buy. People got kids to take care of. People that want to keep their lights on and sleep in. Like I'm not saying you have to hire everybody. You can only pick one person. But don't take a month.
