Everyone wants to know what job requires four interviews so let me tell you. I was interviewing for a client success manager role at an influencer software startup. So the first interview was with the recruiter, the second was on the team that I would be working with directly day to day. The third was with the VP and then the fourth interview was with all four team members presenting my case study. Now it seems to be very standard in my industry to have multiple interviews and also do some kind of presentation or case study. Since these roles are very client facing, they really do need someone who is great at presenting and being confident and giving that executive presence, which I can certainly say that interview I did not. That being said, I've had so many people reach out to offer me free help to get better at my interview skills, different recruiters and things like that. So I'm very very grateful and I'm going to bring you guys along and we're all going to learn some tips and tricks on how to interview better and be more confident because it's hard out here.
