Congratulations guys I hope there's no one we've held from expressing And I've really enjoyed hearing you guys express, like what your experience with Bloom has been I hope all of you were giving us, um honest feedback because I've not had anyone saying the internship was bad I've not, we've not had such feedback, so that makes my heart very, very, very happy You know, when I decided to come up with the internship I actually asked Abby I'm getting a lot of people asking me if we if we have internship inside Bloom, like what do you think about it You know, we just had that, uh, uh and then we thought about it This is going to be, like, a commitment Um, but people are really asking for it And actually, to my surprise, when we we sat down and planned everything and then announced we have internships, um roles open in less than two hours, I don't know we had how many applications, Abby There were so many applications and I was like, What This is not what we expected really Um, so that shows that people need this And since I've been there um, starting out I know sometimes it's really it's really not easy to just start out it's really not easy to just start out and gain confidence all of a sudden At least I feel like having such a platform gives you at least the confidence Because again, how we plan the internship to be is not for you to just come here and do tasks to be is not for you to just come here and do tasks We wanted you to really come here, learn gain experience, and also build your confidence I really liked what Jacinta said That's the audacity I want all of you to come out of this internship with when you go to the next level because that will be needed a lot Again, I understand the internship was Actually, we did not go really hard on you We tried at least to give you, like the real world experience and also we understood people have different commitments And since this being an internship um, we made it at least part-time I know maybe the tasks that you were doing took, like, just, like a few hours of your day Um, I also want to tell you when you come to the other side if we have people here I've had who are still working working with clients, you know there's a lot that will be needed for you on the other side So this is just, like, a start but I'm really, um excited to see how you've grown I've been looking at your reports I've been working behind the scenes even if I've not been interacting, like, um with you every time in the meetings and Abby has really represented me well So we've seen your growth at least even with the feedback That is something that's, um that concept of giving you feedback is really important for you because, uh this internship was for you guys At least you- you're able to learn you're able to know this is my weakness I need to work on this And I've heard you share when you came in you had this challenge you learned communication is really important This has also been a learning experience for us as Bloom because you've been our first cohort We've never done something like this before so at least we've learned, um, from you That is why we were encouraging you to give us feedback and just know the things that we need to improve for the next cohort and all that And again, as much as it's sad to let you go you've been an amazing team right But this is not a goodbye We, we hope that we're still connected We, we hope that we're still connected We hope that you're still, um connected to Bloom and our initiatives We hope to even meet you physically The people who are in other countries you never know like the world is not is not too big for us not to meet So as we have initiatives to meet physically we hope that you will show up show up We hope to meet you We hope to also
