I Quoted $2000🤑💸 This proposal was more than just a document with a list of services and a price attached to it. When you’re presenting a high-ticket offer, one of the biggest mistakes you can make is jumping straight to your rate and hoping the client understands why they should pay it. The client doesn’t just need to know what you’re offering. They need to understand why it matters to their business. In this proposal presentation, I walked my potential client through the offer, the scope of work, the expected outcomes, and most importantly, the value behind the investment. And yes… I quoted $2,000.💰 But I didn’t lead with My rate is $2,000. I led with the problem we were solving. I explained what the support would look like, what I would be responsible for, how the work would support the business, and why the investment made sense based on the value being provided. Because there’s a HUGE difference between saying: I charge $2,000. and saying: Here is what I’m going to help you accomplish, here is how I’m going to support you, and here is the investment required to make that happen. That’s positioning. And if you’re a VA, freelancer, consultant, coach, or service provider struggling to confidently communicate your rates, I want you to pay attention to this. Your proposal shouldn't make you sound like someone begging to be hired. It should make the client understand why working with you is a strategic investment. You don't need to apologize for your price. You don't need to rush through the investment section. You don't need to immediately discount yourself because you’re afraid the client will say no. You need to understand the value of what you bring to the table and communicate it clearly. Your price is only one part of the conversation. The value is the story. Watch the video to see how I actually presented the offer and positioned the $2,000 investment during the call. 👀 And if you’re currently struggling with pricing your services, closing clients, or confidently presenting your proposals, save this one. You’ll want to come back to it. 🤎 #virtualassistant #proposalvideo #pricing #salescall #virtualassistantontiktok
