When they said that you could get into real estate with none of your own money, they weren't lying. They're called government contracts, affordable housing programs to be exact. These programs fund anyone who can bring affordable housing to their community, meaning they will purchase you a building or rehab a building, a single and multi-family home if you can do affordable housing and at least one unit. The only problem is not enough people know about these programs and there isn't enough people that know how to apply. And that's what I teach you in my affordable housing blueprint.
