POV: 19yo COLLEGE STUDENT EXPOSES "Dropshipping" vs. Amazon FBA

It's 1:00am, just thinking about starting my dropshipping business. Holy shit, is that a BMW M5 Competition? Who is in there? Excuse me, I was literally just talking about becoming successful with business. What do you do for a living to afford a car like this? I sell on Amazon, bro. Just talking about starting my dropshipping business. Isn't that like the same thing, e-commerce? I mean, not dropshipping, no. They're completely different. What's the difference? I mean, a dropshipping takes like 10 different skills. You have to handle ads, marketing, website creation, upsells, SMS, email campaigns. You have to actually like promote the product, where Amazon just does all of that for you. All I'm doing is I'm grabbing a product, I'm placing it on a listing that already exists on Amazon, and the marketing is done for me. As is done for me, listing photos, everything is done for me. I'm not even creating the listing. I'm just supplying the product and that's it. I only have to learn one skill. Kinda like the lazy dropshipping, but like a lot more predictable. Yeah, you could say that. Because with dropshipping, you're just guessing if it's gonna sell, but with Amazon, there's data behind every single product where you're not guessing if it's gonna sell. You're gonna know. Well, like how does someone like me then move away from dropshipping or even thinking about it, just starting Amazon and taking the first step?
