Paddle reco for beginners pls! Let's go. I'm gonna answer this based on my experience and I have two sets of recommendations, because for me, the beginner label is kind of broad. So number one, you're a first time kind of beginner meaning you have zero knowledge or experience at all and you're just about to try pickleball and you want to have your own paddle. I'm actually gonna recommend the Kuikma paddles from Decathlon. I have the Kuikma React, the other one is the Kuikma Open and their key difference is the face material. This one is carbon and the other one is fiberglass, which means this one is a bit more expensive, but with this one, you can generate better spin and control. But other than that, they're almost the same. 16mm core, it's lightweight and good sweet spot. So number two, if you're the kind of beginner who have tried open plays already and if you feel like you want to commit to the sport and you want a paddle you can grow with as you improve your skills, these are my recommendations. So now I'm gonna show you my friends and their beginner paddles.
