So based off this logic and comparison, then if I make a mistake, wouldn't that make me one? Wouldn't my actions fit its definition? And you can't switch up now, cause that's contradiction. You guys agreeing was its admission. The light, the spark, the fire, the ignition, and I needed agreement, aka permission, aka ammunition to malnutrition, my disposition. So, I know that there's power in the tongue and what you speak is what you attract. But what about the mind and the thoughts that you can't take back? So let's unpack. Cognitive distortions influence my mind to remain contained. So when your actions mirror a word, then you embody the verb. And that's undeniable and exact. And you can't be that's a fact.
