blastfest tips & essentials from a 2-year veteran

If you wanna have a shitty time at Blastfest, don't watch this video. This is gonna be the Blastfest guide as someone who's going to their third Blastfest this year. Number one, if you can afford it, I highly recommend buying a VIP ticket. Get to skip the line. The longest I was ever in the line was for 10 minutes. VIP has their own little bar section. And if you're somebody that doesn't like festivals like me, you can like pick and choose how close to the stage you are. You can go to the stage for somebody you really wanna see and then you can like get away from the crowd if you get overwhelmed, but you're still at the front of the stage. If you're gonna do pregame, try to select a location that's within walking distance or like a short driving distance from the festival because the traffic gets mad and the worst thing you wanna do is go to a pregame and then miss an artist or a DJ you really wanted to see. Most important thing that entire Blastfest weekend, bring a fan. Seattle is not one of those cities where AC is everywhere. You need that fan. And then for the girlies, I highly, highly recommend bringing out your digi cam. If you got a G7 x, time to bring that out because the festival is the perfect settings for those like concert pictures with your friends. And on top of that, the Blastfest weekend is a perfect opportunity for you to show off your outfits. My outfit last year was so cute. But for the festival, whatever you decide to wear, don't wear heels. Wear comfortable shoes. It's grass, it's stairs. Um, even you don't get a lot of seating options. You get some, but not a lot.
