Every bite tastes like cookies & cream heaven. 🍪✨ 🍪 Dough: • ¾ cup warm milk • 1 packet active dry yeast • ¼ cup granulated sugar • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk • 1 tsp vanilla • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted • 3½ cups all-purpose flour • ¾ tsp salt 🤍 Filling: • Bettergoods Cookies & Cream Spread @Walmart 🍪 Oreo Cream Cheese Frosting: • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature • ½ cup Oreo cookie crumbs • 1½ cups powdered sugar • 1 tsp vanilla • Pinch of salt • 2 tbsp milk Spread the Bettergoods Cookies & Cream Spread over the dough, roll it up, slice, let rise, and bake until golden.
