do you wanna know how to make a super simple appetizer that will wow people let me show you real quick okay you need four basic ingredients that's it and i got all this from Trader Joe's but don't fret if you don't have a Trader Joe's near you most of this you can find at a regular grocery store or whip it up yourself okay first thing is you need like a baguette that you can slice up this is my favorite from Trader Joe's this is their bruschetta this is gonna be in the refrigerated section there is a non refrigerated version that's jarred i think this is much better this is amazing tastes so fresh if you don't have a Trader Joe's bruschetta is super easy to make just look up a quick recipe you could whip it up okay everyone's favorite Boursin Boursin someone tell me how you actually pronounce this cheese and then lastly this is the balsamic glaze that you can also get at Trader Joe's so let me show you how we make this okay so the first thing you're gonna wanna do is you're gonna start to slice your bagel i like to slice it at an angle i think it just makes it look a little fancier and i do it about a half an inch thick you can do them thinner but they get really toasty and frankly i don't want to break my teeth on any kind of crunchy bread so i slice them at an angle they're gonna look like this and then you can either put a little olive oil on them and bake them i put them in if i'm gonna bake them put them on a baking sheet and put them in for about at about 200 maybe 5 10 minutes just kind of watch them how toasty you want i have a panini maker here that i've had since we got married in 2008 and this hold on this is my secret trick so i'm gonna take so normally i'd slice this all but for this i'm gonna put a little bit of olive oil on it okay this is just the Trader Joe's olive oil then my panini maker is ready to go gonna put this in there normally i would do these in batches right getting them nice and toasted up we'll let that sit for just a minute okay i grilled up two pieces it kind of got flattened in the panini grill but you get the gist okay so next you're gonna take a little bit however much you like measure with your heart of Boursin cheese spread that on your toasted baguettes right i mean you can never go wrong with this cheese that's for sure so spread that on there however much you or your guests would like okay then you're gonna take the Trader Joe's bruschetta mix and it's like i kind of drain it a little bit you're gonna put that on top of your Brie and cheese drain this okay put a nice dollop on top of that Brie and cheese then you're gonna take your glaze and you're gonna do just a beautiful some glaze on there too okay it tastes so fresh like five minutes to make if you try it let me know
