We're gonna make a bruschetta dip appetizer. This is my life goal is having a potluck tomorrow and they're supposed to bring appetizers. So this is what we're making. Here's the process. We're gonna start with two things of Boursin cheese. My life goal is having a potluck tomorrow and they're supposed to bring appetizers. So this is what we're making. We're gonna start with two things of Boursin cheese. And we're just gonna take these and smash 'em into an even layer across the bottom. We're gonna put this to the side. And cut up some tomatoes. We're gonna cut up quite a few of these into pretty small pieces. Okay, I can't get it to focus on it, but like that big. Tomatoes are chopped. And my finger hurts quite badly. We're gonna get all these in a bowl. Try not to lose too many. We're gonna do just a small drizzle of olive oil and some salt. We're just gonna stir this together. Now we're gonna cut up some fresh basil. If you take fresh herbs and you rub 'em in your hands like this, it helps release the oils and make the taste come out more. We're just gonna chop this up really thin. We're gonna put that right in with our tomatoes. Mix that in. Now we'll just take our tomato mixture and go right over the top of our cheese. Spread that around evenly. And then we're gonna do a nice drizzle of balsamic glaze over the top. There we go. We've got a bruschetta dip appetizer. I don't want there to be leftovers because I'm kind of jealous. I may or may not have put aside a little bit of cheese on the toppings so I could do a taste test. Oh, and we're bringing parmesan Good Thins for the gluten-free people and the not gluten-free people. And croissants.
