Help Ban Sexsomnia As A Legal Defense For Perpetrators In Cases Of Child SA !!

So change.org put together a petition for me about banning sexsomnia that is being used in defense cases for abusers who SA children and they get off and they walk. People are using sexsomnia as a defense in court for child abuse and child SA. The notion that someone can even be acquitted for such heinous acts off of the notion of this disorder undermines the entirety of our justice system. Imagine being a child and knowing that your abuser gets to walk free on such absurd grounds. This is about ensuring that the victims of child abuse and child SA get their justice and not allowing sexsomnia to be used as an acceptable defense. We need to protect our children and try to maintain some type of integrity and not let this legal system fall apart as if there's not already so much damage done as it is. We can't let it get worse. We can't let them win. They're testing the boundaries, they're pushing the limits and we have to stop them. Allowing sexsomnia and defenses like this only gives perpetrators more ways out and more ways to get away with abusing and assaulting children.
