Maybe this is my last sunrise before having a baby and I have not been wanting to wake up early but it is so pretty out I already dunked I feel like I've started so many of these videos already going in the water because I have to pee so bad all the time I brought my coffee and my devotion and I'm here with my sister-in-law Look how absolutely beautiful the water is and obviously baby boy is here The water is literally glass and it is so clear I literally feel like I could just open my eyes and I need to be weightless That was such a magical swim and now the sun is coming up kind of And I'm here with my sister-in-law Look how absolutely beautiful the water is and obviously baby boy is here The water is literally glass and it is so clear I literally feel like I could just open my eyes and I need to be weightless That was such a magical swim and now the sun is coming up kind of I don't sleep well but suddenly I wanna wake up for more sunrises before bb boy gets here @DAILYDR!LLS @Nat’s Cafe @shopvitality @greybandit I had coffee, I did a devotion and went on a long walk and then I found this little sand dollar that looks like a sugar cookie Whenever I wake up for sunrise I feel like I have so much time in my day so I started my morning and I felt really good And I wanted to get a quick workout in it is getting harder and harder finding anything that fits Also I had a little breakfast to begin but I wanted to have some more protein so I made this day and protein smoothie I do feel like on the days that I work out and I'm moving my body I feel so much better But some of these exercises just don't do it for me like if my stomach starts feeling weird or I feel weird then I stop doing them But I do think that being active has really helped me Thanks for spending this morning together
