my first ocean dunk since having a baby

I just got cleared after having a baby to be able to swim. So I'm already tired out of my mind at night. I might as well come to sunrise. This will be my first dunk in the ocean. So let's take a sip of coffee and then just get to it. And I brought my date with me. Well, I picked an amazing time to come because look how clear it is. My first ocean dunk back. Three, two, one. Wow. I missed this. This is my first time in the ocean since my pregnant belly that I needed the water to float. I cannot believe Josh got in the water with me. He is not usually a dunker. He's not usually a dunker. I kind of timed out perfectly because my mom is in town. So we got to leave baby boy at home and she's going to give him a bottle and just taking this couple of hours to have a little date morning and do something I love. I feel is very important, especially postpartum to fill your cup. So I don't know, it just makes me really thankful to have people in my life that we do trust to like be with him because I feel like I do get a little bit anxious like leaving. We've been so connected for the last 10 months of my belly and everything. As much as I can't stay away from him for a long time. I also know that my coffee is waiting for me and I have a little devotion that we brought. The West Coast of Florida, the water is so warm, so I'm always way colder when I get out. Hello, son. My mom just texted me that he's taking a bottle. So I came to the car to get my wearable pumps and I'm going to finish pumping on the beach. All right, I got a lot more from one side.
